Coaching vs. Therapy

Therapy is an amazing tool, can help you undo years of trauma and suppression, and generally takes a long time. Sometimes therapy is needed to make you "coachable." Coaching is about your present and future. I help move you from where you are to where you want to be. Coaching is dynamic, meaning it adjusts as you grow. Coaching is also quick, usually less than 10 sessions.
